Mixed Florals Pop Up Card

Today’s Pop Up Card is identical to the layout of others that I have made recently using the To Market & Delightful Wishes Designer Series Papers (DSP). The difference with today’s card is that I used the Mixed Media Florals DSP, stamps, and dies instead. It is equally as fabulous as the other ones I have made, and I love how you can completely change a card, making it look totally different, just by using different products!

I started out with a 4-1/4″ x 11″ piece of Petal Pink cardstock, and scored it on the long side at 4-1/4″ and 5-1/2″. PLEASE CLICK HERE to watch the video where I made the vegetable card. The process is exactly the same, it just uses different products!

Next, I layered on some pieces of the DSP on the front of the card. One piece measures 4″ x 4″ (the floral piece), and the other measures 1″ x 4″ (the Petal Pink striped piece). After adhering these down, I tied a bow on the top of the card using the Petal Pink Scalloped Ribbon.

The focal point of the card was made with the Mixed Labels dies. I love using a label for a layering piece on my card fronts! I stamped the sentiment onto the label with Boho Blue ink, and then added some leaves using Soft Sea Foam ink. Finally, I added a Brushed Brass Butterfly, which was the perfect touch.

The inside of the card is what carries the WOW factor. I took a 6″ x 6″ piece of DSP and folded it in half, and then turned it and folded it in half again. Then, I flipped it over and folded it into a triangle. If you watch the video, you can see how you can then manipulate the piece of DSP so that it “pops out,” which is so much fun!!

I adhered this onto the inside of the card using Stampin’ Seal, and then stamped more flowers onto the little 2-7/8″ x 2-7/8″ Basic White square using Boho Blue ink. I also added a sentiment from the Mixed Florals stamp set, using Black Memento ink. Finally, I added another butterfly, which looks perfect. I absolutely love it, don’t you??
