The One Horse Open Sleigh Designer Series Paper (DSP) is full of gorgeous scenery pieces that can be used to whip together the easiest, yet most beautiful, cards! I think you’ll agree, once you see this card that I’ve made here today. All I had to do was choose which scene to use for my card, cut it into 3 panels, and then adhere it all together! Soooo easy!

The base of my card is Misty Moonlight, which is such a beautiful blue color. It’s lighter than Navy, but darker than pastels. I just love it! It’s just a basic 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″, folded in half.

The next layer of Basic White is 4″ x 5-1/4″, and I embossed it using the “hash” embossing folder, found in the Basics 3D Embossing Folder set. I love this background! You can’t see much of it on this card, but it does add just a little “something” to the background, which is a nice touch.

On top of the Basic White layer are my window panes. The Night of Navy background layers are each 3-7/8″ x 1-5/8″, and there are 3 of these. On top of these, I chose one of the scenes in the One Horse Open Sleigh DSP, and cut up the scene. When you do this, it makes it look like you’re gazing through a window! It looks really cool! Each of these strips measures 1-1/2″ x 3-3/4″.

After adhering all of these together, and layering them on top of the Basic White panel, all I did was quickly stamp a “Merry Christmas” sentiment in Night of Navy ink, using the Beary Cute stamp set. I bannered the right-hand side, and layered it onto the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The finishing touches were made with a White Iridescent Ribbon bow, and a sprinkle of the Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels. These sparkle like snowflakes, which is such a cool sparkle on this snowy card!
I hope you love it! PLEASE CLICK HERE to check out another card I made using another scenery piece from this same paper pack. You’ll love it!
