Did you see the Fall wreath card I made a few days ago using the Winterly Tree Tops bundle? If you look closely, you’ll see that this is the exact same card! All I did is change up the color scheme, and it completely changed the card into a Christmas card. How cool is that!
This card starts out with a Pebbled Path cardstock base, measuring 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ and folded in half. On top of that is a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock, measuring 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″. This piece was embossed with the beautiful woodgrain embossing folder that goes with the Nests of Winter product suite, and I love it!
The wreath was made by stamping the bough image with Black Memento ink onto Garden Green cardstock, and die cutting it out. Then, I cut each bough piece into 2 pieces, and shaped them into a wreath.
The little bird image was cut directly out of the Nests of Winter Designer Series Paper (DSP), and then layered on with some of the colored twine that is part of this product suite.
The sentiment was stamped onto Pebbled Path cardstock with Versamark ink, and then heat embossed with the White WOW Embossing Powder. I bannered the edge, and layered it onto the card.
The last touch uses the red Pearlized Enamel Effects, which look amazing!! I put the little dots of the enamel effects on last, and then set the card aside for at least 20 minutes to dry. It does take awhile!
