The Softly Said stamp set is a great new sentiment stamp set, with a large font and a watercolored look. I love it! There are 5 great sentiments in this set, and I love it because the words are so large that you can use them as the focal point of your card.

This card started with an 11″ x 4-1/4″ piece of Basic White cardstock, folded in half. On top of that, I layered the largest die from the Scalloped Contours die set, cut out of Flirty Flamingo cardstock. PLEASE CLICK HERE to watch the video where I made this card. You can see how easy and quick this card came together!
On top of the Flirty Flamingo die cut, I layered a piece of Misty Moonlight, measuring 3-1/4″ x 4-1/2″. On top of that is my Flight & Airy DSP, measuring 3″ x 4-1/4″. These colors all look SO good together!
Before adhering this onto the card base, I wrapped it 3 times with the 1/8″ Metallic Woven Ribbon in Starry Sky. I love how the Starry Sky color works perfectly with the Misty Moonlight cardstock, as well! It makes it so versatile.
I stamped the sentiment with Flirty Flamingo ink, and cut it out with my Paper Snips. Then, I adhered it onto the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals. Finally, I sprinkled on a few of the Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels, which are SO sparkly and beautiful. It was a perfect touch!
