Looking for a super quick & easy card layout? This is it! I shared this easy layout, inspired from page 32 of Stampin’ Up’s Holiday Mini Catalog, in this week’s Great North American Stampin’ Show. If you missed it, please CLICK HERE to hop over and watch, and give me a vote!
The card base is made out of Pool Party cardstock, measuring 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″, and folded in half. Layered on top of that is Real Red cardstock, measuring 3-3/4″ x 5″. And finally, on top of that is a piece of the North Pole Delivery Designer Series Paper (DSP), measuring 3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″. This print with all of the little vintage envelopes is just so cute!
I added a strip of Garden Green cardstock underneath the sentiment, which measures 3/4″ x 4-1/4″. It helped to add a layer of color before adding the sentiment. The sentiment is stamped using Black Memento ink onto one of the Traditional Labels dies, which is one of my favorites this year! I have used it over and over and over again!
I hand cut out the cute little bunny driving the truck, directly from the DSP. I cut 6 different trucks so that I could make my card stack, and they are all just so cute! I added the truck onto the label using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Finally, I sprinkled on a few of the red Dear Dots, for the finishing touch. So simple, but so cute!
The inside of the card measures 4″ x 5-1/4″, and I added the little dog stamped with Black Memento ink. I colored him in using various Stampin’ Blends markers (colors listed below)…so simple but adorable!
You could use SO many different paper prints with this layout! I hope you give it a try this holiday season!
