This month’s theme is HOLIDAY THEMED projects, and I’m really excited about the HUGE tutorial that you can buy as an instant download in my Made to Create store! I know you’re going to love it. Those of you who have made a $50+ purchase (before tax & shipping) through my Stampin’ Up! website in the month of June will also receive a copy of this awesome tutorial for FREE!
For today’s blog post, I made a darling Christmas card that you are going to LOVE!! It’s ADORABLE! I used the Jar of Joy stamp set, which is awesome because it’s offered as a bundle with a matching punch. AND–this punch also goes with another all-year stamp set! So, you can get 2 different stamp sets that use the same punch! PLEASE CLICK HERE to watch the video where I made this card.

I started out with a Basic White card base, measuring 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ and folded in half. Next, I layered on top a piece of the North Pole Delivery Designer Series Paper (DSP) that measures 4″ x 5-1/4″.
The focal point of the card is a piece of Basic White cardstock that measures 3″ x 4″, and a piece of Secret Sea cardstock is layered on top of that, which measures 2-7/8″ x 3-7/8″. I die cut out the snowflakes using the Snowflake Kisses die set, and it looks so cool on the edge like that! Then I wrapped a piece of the beautiful Misty Moonlight ribbon around it, which gives is a perfect amount of sparkle!

I stamped the little jar and lid using Black Memento ink, punched them out, and then layered them onto the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I colored in the lid using Pool Party Blends, and stamped the snowflakes with Balmy Blue ink. I stamped the snowman’s scarf with Secret Sea ink that had been stamped off first, onto scratch paper, so that it wasn’t quite so dark.
The Faceted Snowflake gems are GORGEOUS!! They added just the right touch to the card, and I love them. The sentiment was stamped at the bottom of the card, using Secret Sea ink.
