In November, I had my bi-monthly free card class for the Seniors in my community, and I wanted to be sure to share the cards with you! The cards are always made with retired product that I have on hand, and I also make sure that they’re EASY and quick to put together. I was at my Leadership conference when the class took place, so I took pictures in advance so that I could share the layouts with you.

The Polar Bear card was so fun…it was a pre-printed card base that I had bought from Stampin’ Up! and had in my stash! They added the sentiment layered on top of a large snowflake, and hand-cut out the bear. Adorable!

The candy cane card was hand-cut out from VERY old Designer Series Paper, but it is SO CUTE!!! Layering two of these candies together made the cutest focal point on this card.

And finally, the black & white Christmas was also totally adorable! I love how the burlap ribbon (also retired) really added the special touch it needed.
You could use these quick and easy layouts with ANY printed papers you have on hand! Have fun!

Awesome, beautiful cards.
I’m so glad you like them, Kim! I love pulling out all of my old supplies and finding cute ways to put together quick & easy cards for the ladies to make! So fun!!
Thank you Lisa I’m a hobbyist demonstrator from Australia and I belong to a group of ladies from Inner Wheel which is the ladies component of Rotary . This group was started in 1924 in Manchester when only men were able to be involved in Rotary. Of course it’s far different today. Inner Wheel raises money for many projects including international courses Cord blood and so much more. We are also a friendship group which as you age and your partners die, which seems that the ladies are left alone. These groups are invaluable to our well being. Which has happened for me. My husband died 4 years ago and so I decided a couple of years ago to become a hobbyist demonstrator. This is becoming a long winded story.
I will get right to the reason for connecting with you, I am running a sip and take class in January to raise money for our international program and I think these card layouts would be perfect for the ladies to make. They are non crafters and I will be making up kits for them and my question is can I use your layouts for my class. I have lots of retired DSP and I thought these ideas would be perfect. I love your enthusiasm and I watch your videos a lot. Using your note book cover idea as gifts for my friends who are coming to Christmas lunch. Kind regards Ruth Best 🇦🇺🌹
Ruth, THANK YOU for reaching out!! What a blessing you will be to those ladies…it sounds like you have formed deep and lasting friendships and connections with these ladies, which is AMAZING!!! Awesome!!! Incredible!! I love it so much!! YES–you are more than welcome to use these layouts–that’s why I share! Have a most wonderful time creating and laughing together…it will be a memory and you’ll definitely want to do it again and again!
