It’s almost time for my Traditions of Christmas Craft Along with some of my friends! I’ll be going Live in Facebook (and I’ll upload to YouTube afterward) for 3 days, September 23-25, and demonstrate the 8 beautiful projects that our team created for this fun Craft Along. The full-color PDF tutorials are still available in my online store, so go ahead and CLICK HERE to grab one, so that you can craft along with me!
I ordered these cute notepads off of Amazon to send to those who purchased the Craft Along kit from me. I decided they would be super cute covered with a little cardstock cover, so here we go!

When you have a notepad and want to make a cover for it, first you need to measure your notepad and add approximately 1/4″ on both the length and width. Once you have that measurement, you’ll need to double that measurement, and also add 1/4″ for the spine. For my notebook, my cardstock measurement is 6-3/4″ x 7-1/2″, scored it at 3-5/8″ and 3-7/8″. PLEASE CLICK HERE to watch the video where I made one of these notepads, so you can see the process in action.
I used Cherry Cobbler cardstock for my cover, and covered all of them with the Traditions of Christmas Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP), which is what we’re using for this Craft Along. The DSP measures 3-1/2″ x 6-5/8″. PLEASE CLICK HERE to head to my Amazon affiliate shop to find these cute notepads!

I love all of the prints in this pack of DSP. The gold foil accents truly puts it over the top, making it absolutely GORGEOUS. I have SOOOOOO enjoyed creating this Craft Along, because this product suite is just so very fabulous!

I used the Shaded Spruce/Soft Sea Foam ribbon to close the cover, and added a gold heat embossed sentiment using the Traditional Labels stamp set and dies.
I love how these turned out, and they were a perfect little addition to the packets for my attendees! Yay!!
