Did you like the card I made yesterday, using the Pets & More stamp set from our new Online Exclusives? I’m back today, creating the same card layout, except I used a bunny instead of a dog, and slightly changing up the background! When you figure out an easy and quick card layout, it’s awesome to use the same layout over and over again, just slightly switching it up with a different image or sentiment. No one will know it’s actually the same card design! Tricky, tricky!
The card base is made of Basic White cardstock, measuring 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ and folded in half. Next, I pulled out a piece of Costal Cabana cardstock, measuring 3-3/4″ x 5″. I put it through my Stampin’ Die Cut & Emboss machine, embossing the cute polka dots on it using the Basics 3D Embossing Folders, which looks so cute and gives it some texture!

I stamped the three bunnies onto the Basic White strips, using Costal Cabana, Lemon Lolly, and Bubble Bath ink pads. Each of the Basic White cardstock strips measure 1-7/16″ x 3-1/4″. I centered these onto the Costal Cabana background piece, and they look so springy and fresh with these pretty pastel colors!
Before adhering the Costal Cabana piece onto my card base, I tied a piece of Lemon Lolly ribbon around it, and tied a pretty bow. This ribbon is so beautiful! It comes in a 3-pack, all pastel colors, and this is the perfect card to decorate it with. Scroll to the end of this post to find a direct link to this ribbon combo pack. I love it, and it’s going to retire soon!
I stamped the sentiment using Costal Cabana ink, using the Excellent Eggs stamp set. It’s such a darling sentiment, I couldn’t resist using it for this bunny card!
Finally, I sprinkled on a few gems from the adorable Rainbow Adhesive-Backed Dots from the Jan-April Mini Catalog. These pastel colors were absolutely perfect for this card.
I hope you’ve gotten some inspiration for this card layout, and can come up with some creations of your own! I would love for you to share with me! PLEASE CLICK HERE to hop over to see the card I made yesterday, using the dog stamp and the same layout as this card.
