Quick & Easy Love You Card with the Bee My Valentine Stamp Set

You know it, right?? Another quick & easy card! I always create with my Designer Series Paper, because it makes the quickest and most GORGEOUS backgrounds. How can I resist?!

Today’s card used the Turtle-y Cute Designer Series Paper (DSP) pack, but you don’t see a turtle anywhere on this card! One of the sheets in the pack has lots of different images that you can cut out and use for smaller backgrounds, like I did here today using this cute little beehive piece. How could I resist pulling out my little bees from the Bee My Valentine stamp set, and make a quick & easy card??

I started out with a Petal Pink card base, which is soft and girlie. I love this color! I layered on top a piece of Basic Black cardstock, measuring 3-1/4″ x 4-1/4″. And finally, I cut out this cute beehive piece from the Turtle-y Cute DSP, and layered it on top of the Basic Black.

I stamped the cute little bees from the Bee My Valentine stamp set onto Very Vanilla cardstock, using Daffodil Delight and Black Memento inks. The wings were stamped with Balmy Blue. I punched them out using the matching punch, which is adorable! And glued them down to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

After stamping the sentiment, also using Black Memento ink, I added a cute little bow with some cute ribbon that has now retired (sniff, sniff!!). And voila! The card is done, that quickly!

Like I keep telling you, you’ve GOT to grab this paper pack! It’s so much fun!
