I’m BACK with another pop up card! It’s been a few months, and I couldn’t resist bringing it back again because they’re SO much fun to make…and receive! Who wouldn’t love a super fun card in the mail that pops out at them with goodness??
Today’s card features the Impressions Abloom stamp set, dies, and gorgeous Floral Impressions Designer Series Paper (DSP). PLEASE CLICK HERE to watch the video where I made this card.

I started out with a 4-1/4″ x 11″ piece of Early Espresso cardstock, and scored it on the long side at 4-1/4″ and 5-1/2″. Next, I layered on some pieces of the DSP on the front of the card. One piece measures 4″ x 4″ (the bottom piece), and the other measures 1″ x 4″ (the top piece). After adhering these down, I tied a knot on the top of the card using the Darling Duckling Faux Linen Ribbon.
The sunflowers on the front of the card were stamped using Daffodil Delight ink for the base, and Crushed Curry ink for the detailed stamp. For the flower centers, I used Early Espresso. I die cut them all out using the coordinating dies, and then also die cut out lots of leaves using Garden Green and Soft Sea Foam cardstocks.

I layered all of the sunflowers and leaves onto the card front using both Liquid Glue and Stampin’ Dimensionals. I love how they are all layered into a giant bouquet! I then stamped the sentiment using Early Espresso ink, cut the edges at a slant, and layered that on top using more Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The inside of the card is what carries the WOW factor. I took a 6″ x 6″ piece of DSP and folded it in half, and then turned it and folded it in half again. Then, I flipped it over and folded it into a triangle. If you watch the video, you can see how you can then manipulate the piece of DSP so that it “pops out,” which is so much fun!!

I adhered this onto the inside of the card using Stampin’ Seal, and then stamped another sunflower and sentiment onto the little 2-7/8″ x 2-7/8″ Basic White square. When stamping this piece, be sure to remember that you need to stamp it at an angle! You will be looking at this piece in the diamond format, not a square.
