Woolly Friends Fab-Ewe-Lous Card

The Woolly Friends bundle, which includes a matching punch, is SO CUTE!! The little sheep are so fun to create with, and this card was easy and fun to put together.

I started with a 4-1/4″ x 11″ piece of Basic White cardstock, folded in half. I added a 4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of the beautiful Painted Illusions Designer Series Paper (DSP), which was Stampin’ Up!’s February Product of the Month. It’s still available, if you want to grab it! I added a beautiful Vellum piece on top of that, that I die cut out using the Beautifully Celebrated dies. These dies are SO GREAT!! In fact, I didn’t even buy the stamp set. Only the dies, because I love these large dies for focal pieces on my cards!

I stamped the sheep using Black Memento ink onto white cardstock, and punched them out with the matching punch. I added some accents using Lost Lagoon Stampin’ Blends markers, as well as a few accents of Pretty in Pink. The bow used Granny Apple Green, which I also added some Wink of Stella to make it sparkle. I love that accent!!!

I layered a piece of white twine beneath my sheep, and then arranged them over the top using Stampin’ Dimensionals. For the finishing touch, I sprinkled on a few of the Moody Palette Dots. The perfect addition!
