Pop-Up Petals Shaker Card

I have the CUTEST card for you today…I just LOVE it!!! The Pop-Up Petals bundle by Stampin’ Up! is adorable, and I’m using it for my December card class kit. Today’s card is a special creation…a shaker card AND a pop-up card! All in one!

The card base is Basic White cardstock, measuring 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ and folded in half. Layered on top of that is one of the cards from the Making a Memory Scrapbooking Kit, and I cut it down to 4″ x 5-1/4″. I die cut out a frame using the Everyday Arches die set from Basic White cardstock, which added a great accent to the window that I cut out from the front of the card.

I stamped and colored in the flower pot, flowers, and butterflies using Smoky Slate, Black Memento, Petal Pink, Darling Duckling, Mossy Meadow, Highland Heather, and Blackberry Bliss inks. I die cut all of them out using the matching dies, and dressed up the card.

I used the Shaker Elements that are currently on our Last Chance list…grab them while they’re still available! I die cut out the pop-up element on the inside of the card using the appropriate dies, as well. The Petal Pink cardstock on the inside of the card measures 8″ x 5″. HOW CUTE IS THIS?!?!
